Short Description:

You have very specific plans. Intensive preparation for a casting needs to be done quickly. You have topics that you would like to discuss in a safe space. You want to do an annual check-up to review known behavior and learn new things. In individual coaching we focus entirely on you. We work intensively on your performance and help you show your best.

Sometimes just a double lesson is enough to gain completely new insights. Trust in the great experience of your coach - and make real progress! Your coach will also come to you! If several colleagues want to prepare for similar tasks and concerns, we will design a seminar completely tailored to your needs.

Goals:

• You will be able to dedicate yourself intensively to your very specific topics and generate real added value through open feedback with lots of exercises and tips from professionals.
• You will go into the next moderations/casting feeling confident and strengthened.
• You are best at assessing your skills as a moderator.
