In this seminar you will learn how to enjoy speaking in front of people, how to adapt perfectly to the situation and the target group and how to prepare effectively. You learn a lot about yourself and the image others have of you. Your body language reveals more than you think! How to use your body language in a targeted manner is one of the important topics of this seminar.

How can you engage the audience? How much eye contact is good? How freely should you speak? What can you do against stage fright? You will find answers to all of these questions in this seminar.

You will also learn how to deal with troublemakers and convey unpleasant messages in a way that will be accepted. Effective communication - your messages are heard. During lectures, in meetings and presentations and in everyday working life.
